A few short examples of how Zale India Sports assessments create real change for children and schools.
Case 1: From “not interested” to excited participant
A Grade 4 student in Coimbatore rarely joined PE and often said “sports is not for me”. During the Zale India Sports day, the games-style tests helped her relax and try. Her scores showed strong balance and coordination.
With guidance from the report, her parents enrolled her in skating classes. Within a term, teachers reported that she was more confident and regularly participated in PE instead of sitting out.
Case 2: School-level planning with real data
A CBSE school wanted to strengthen its athletics performance but was not sure where to focus training.
Zale India Sports assessed over 400 students across Grades 4–9. The summary showed strong sprint speed in Grades 6–7, but lower endurance in older grades.
Based on this, the PE team:
- Added structured endurance training for Grades 8–9.
- Identified a group of high-potential sprinters for focussed coaching.
- Planned inter-house events aligned to student strengths.
Case 3: Community sports camp powered by assessments
In a holiday sports camp, an NGO wanted to go beyond just organising games. Zale India Sports conducted a one-day assessment at the start of the camp.
The coaches then grouped children into smaller batches based on their profiles — helping them experience sports that fit them better. At the end of the camp, parents received a simple summary and sport suggestions for follow-up.
