About Zale India Sports
Our story: helping children find the right sport, the right way.
Zale India Sports was born from a simple, powerful question: “What if every child could discover the sport that truly fits them?”
Too often, children are pushed into random sports, or simply follow what friends are doing. Many lose interest, feel discouraged, or drop out early — not because they lack talent, but because nobody helped them understand where their natural strengths lie.
At Zale India Sports, we are changing that. We bring a structured, scientific, yet child-friendly approach to sports-talent discovery into schools, camps and communities across Tamil Nadu and India.
Our Mission
Our mission at Zale India Sports is to empower every child to find joy, confidence and health through the right sport — using assessments that are scientific, inclusive and fun.
We want families and schools to move away from guesswork and pressure, and towards informed decisions that respect each child’s unique body, personality and pace.

Leads program development, test methodology integration and overall vision for Zale India Sports. Drives innovation and ensures the scientific standards behind every assessment delivered in schools and communities.
Shiva Balan
Managing Partner – Operations & Partnerships
Oversees operations, school tie-ups, on-ground assessment logistics and partner coordination. Ensures smooth execution and high-quality delivery across all districts engaged with Zale India Sports.

A trained pool of assessors who conduct tests, guide children, and ensure that assessments are encouraging, safe and professionally executed.
